We had a great experience here for our first appointment with Dr. Keller. She was a very good listener and covered all of the questions and concerns I came to her with. My dog normally hates going to the vet and refuses to go in the back room with them for shots, getting weighed, etc. This was the first time she actually enjoyed being at the vet and didn't hesitate to go in the back room with the staff. The minute Dr. Keller walked in the room my dog was calm, which is never usually the case. Says a lot about Dr. Keller. She also gave us helpful and detailed advice about the relationship between

I just want to say that I am very pleased with Dr. Nancy. She is very caring and take the time to talk to you. So far all is going very well with how she is treating our puppy. I feel she genuinely care about our fur baby. We definitely will keep taking our baby to her. Im so glad I found Dr. Nancy for our baby.

Dr Keller has been treating our little Bosco from day 1 when we adopted him. Unfortunately he came to us with a bad stomach at age 1, BUT fortunately Dr Keller was able to change his diet and elevate most of his issues! now at age 10 he eats like a horse even though he is only a 9 pound Yorkie LOL

My Border Collie mix was a rescue with heart worm. She had a strong reaction from the first toxic injection so I sought out holistic help. In just a couple of weeks she is more vibrant and healthy thanks to the treatment protocol and recommendations Dr. Keller has given us. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring.

This was our second visit the Healing Heart with Wally. We took him last year for his Annual Physical and the Doctor also froze a small growth off his chin, where he had healed after been bit by another dog.
This year, Wally was due for his rabies shot and was diagnosed with a little swimmers ear and hook worm. They cleaned his ears and suggested we flush them with grain alcohol because he swims in the ocean so frequently and sent us home with an oral medication for the hook worm. Instead of prophylactically administration of typical annual shots, they tested his titre levels and he was not required

My high maintenance special needs has been coming to Dr Keller for almost 14 yrs now & at 1.5 yrs no one was sure she would make it to 2yrs! W/O Dr Keller Zoe would never have controlled her food allergies, MVD liver issues, and IBD. Also brought my rescue Simba here after diagnosed with TCCancer & her ozone treatments & acupuncture made his last 1.5 yrs his happiest - he would walk a mile after treatments! And she saves you alot of money!

Many Many years ago this used to be the best vet in the entire state of Florida...it is sad how Healing Heart has gone downhill...Dr. Keller USE TO HAVE THIS INNER CONNECTION with the animals but unfortunately she has lost this gift. Perhaps the reasons are unknown to her. I am so so sad that this has happened to this gifted woman. It is like most life and jobs....for what ever reason God's gift is taken back. SAD SO SAD

Dr Keller is amazing. I hv a 13 yo Boston Terrier "compromised" with genetic issues and chronic yeast and ear infections. She always pin points the exact remedy to keep him up and running and back to his regular peppy playful self..
Curbside service since Covid outbreak is efficient, service is quick and staff is friendly, knowledgable and kind. Best Holistic Vet practice in the area!!

(Stay away from here) As a cash paying customer they are over priced & do not render effective treatment plans for a UTI, a tincture of tickle tonic will not work. They did not let me know my dog had a UTI at the vet it was told to me on the follow up call the week after & then I was ask to bring a sample pee on the same call & not at the vet, they failed to refund/reimburse any monies for ineffective treatment being that I took my dog to another vet where the treatment actually works! They never returned calls back & I had to go back to the office just to be told no refund will

We met Dr. Keller almost 18 years ago when we brought our beloved poodle "Cutie Pie" for his first check up. Since day one, Dr. Keller was friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We love her dedication and care for all her pet patients as well as the pet's parents. Last year (2018) our sweet poodle began having problems walking and standing on his own. Dr. Keller recommended he receive acupuncture treatments with one of her colleagues Dr. Natalie. We began the painless treatments and we noticed good results. Thanks to Dr. Natalie's acupuncture treatment and Dr. Keller's care, our "Cutie Pie

I made an appointment with Healing Heart on the recommendation of a friend from the Delray Beach dog park. I had to wait almost 4 weeks but I was excited because the vet was highly recommended. My appointment was at 11 am and I arrived 5 minutes early to a room full of barking dogs and meowing cats. I was called and was escorted to an 8x8 waiting room. After waiting 35 minutes my 9 year old spaniel started to lose it. I opened the door of the prison cell and was greeted by a vet tech that told me to stay in the waiting room. I said no thank you and left. I am sick of greedy vets that over book

Dr Nancy is a caring and comforting vet. Unfortunately she is very poorly served by the woman at reception with the English accent. I lived and worked in London so I know the manners and ways of doing business are very different from what is normal in America but in any culture, any country this woman is just downright rude, uncaring, and yes NASTY. Dr. Nancy said my Yorkie's teeth/mouth needed attention immediately like today. See the front office for an appointment. This English gal said maybe we might have something in March. This is November!. She promised to call me all summer with an

This vet is amazing! I brought my new puppy here after having a bad experience with another vet. Dr. Kim took the time to make my puppy feel comfortable and answer every one of our questions. Our pup's name was even written on a Welcome board right when we walked in. Everyone was friendly and serene! I'm excited to be taking my little one to a place that uses the most cutting edge research and healthiest alternatives for puppy care. I don't feel that I will ever be given unnecessary medication or synthetic chemicals if natural alternatives are available. I feel so grateful to everyone

I've had animals all my life and this is the best vet I've ever taken my animals to. Her prices are reasonable, and she's great with animals. The office is CLEAN and NEW and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. She has holistic options as well as traditional medicine. I'm so happy I found Healing Heart!

Rude receptionist. I am trying to help my dog and got an attitude from the receptionist, papers that were promised to be sent to me were never sent, she never called to see how my dog was doing. Doctor never calls back about a sick pet or when I called with questions about remedies she prescribed to my dog. Office never called to see how my sick dog was doing when he was in her care. Overall a horrible experience. Take your dog to a vet who actually cares about your pet and really cares to help them get well.
