I'm passionate about making changes in people's lives by introducing them to chiropractic remedies and how it can dramatically improve their health and well-being. Many of us live with aches and pains thinking it's our path in life. I firmly believe that pain should not be a lifestyle. And treatment should be more about improving joint mechanics, muscle movement, balance and posture rather than immediately prescribing drugs and medication.
The whole idea of seeing a chiropractor can be frightening. However, once you're better informed and, in most cases, feeling better immediately you'll wish you'd thought of it sooner. It's time to get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Most people think that chiropractors just treat neck and back pain. While much of what we do focuses on those two areas, we also treat other parts of the body naturally by looking for areas where nerve flow may be compromised, causing weak or tight muscles, altered sensation and abnormal joint movement.
Chiropractic is the science of treating the body naturally by finding joints which are not moving properly and altering their mechanics, thereby relieving the symptoms of pain and/or restricted movement. When a joint doesn't function properly and a nerve is affected, you may have numbness, tingling or pain shooting into your arms or legs.
My name is J.O. I am married, 53 years old, and have one 15-year-old son. I first met Dr. Caetano-DeAndrade while I was attending my son's baseball game in the spring of 2008. Dr. Caetano-DeAndrade's son plays on the same team as my son. We were both dropping our sons off for baseball training. Dr. Caetano-DeAndrade and her husband Lou, asked me if I would join them for a brisk morning walk.
