Professional photographer Elbert Kennard has taken eastern North Carolina by storm with his new technology in 2019. During his real estate photography shoots, it is not uncommon these days for Elbert to use his Matterport camera to capture 3D shots. One of the neatest features is that prospective buyers or tenants can now, in fact, virtually measure anything in a listing to see if their belongings will fit!
Elbert does an amazing job! We listed our home in mid to late January this year and Elbert came in and photographed it. We had 2 offers in less than 2 weeks. Elbert's photos made our home stand head and shoulders above the competition.
As it turned out Elbert had also done the photography for the home we bought and since this home was outside of the area our agent was focused on (by our request) our initial thoughts were formed exclusively online.I would urge everyone to use Coastal Photography when it's time to sell your home. Kat and Mike were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. After seeing their work on Instagram we immediately knew we wanted them to photograph our day. We have a toddler and baby (who is picky about who he likes) Kat had both of them smiling and was able to capture the sweetest pictures. Even though we had a small wedding they made us feel so special and that meant so much to us. From start to finish (including Kat pushing a stroller through the woods) their professionalism, flexibility and creative eye made our day perfect.
