I'm Dr. Kathy Gress, the clinic director and owner of the The Chiropractic Wellness Center. My goal is to insure that every patient that comes to our clinics is treated with the highest level of care and compassion and is treated like one of our own family members. Make sure they check if your insurance covers chiropractic care before they make you get an X-ray, and then you get stuck with a $110 bill an no care given. Even though I had X-rays from a previous wellness center, but the still made me get them, they were not upfront about anything. If they ran my insurance first, and I knew it wasn't covered, I wouldn't be charged $110 dollars for no reason.
