The clients that I had insisted on utilizing an attorney closer to where the seller lived which is in the country outside of the metro area. There were a lot of hiccups with the buyers loan company on delivery of the closing package. However the way the situation was handled was inappropriate and lacked professionalism. Instead of trying to figure out the situation the attorney was very pryful on asking personal questions to the buyer and the agent on why things were the way they were instead of addressing the concerns to the lender. Every party felt embarrassed. The seller did not understand why

My grandparents had a will made up about two years ago. My grandpa passed away so I called to ask Jill a few questions and let her know my grandma wanted to change a few things. THIS LADY IS RUDE!!!! I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I eventually had to tell her to talk to me with respect and be rude back. I will never do business with her again and she was so rude to my grandma knowing her husband had just passed away. Take your money to someone else!!!

Jill S.Thomspon, Law office P.C. I have been trying to close on two properties since January. I call and email twice a month since January to follow up. The secretary (Ms. Susan) always say Jill would call you back. Jill is in a closing right now. Ms. Jill never returns my phone calls or emails. I am an African American female. And I do feel a sense of prejudice/ discrimination. Ms. Jill has yet to respond to my emails and phone calls today, May 10, 2021. I still have not closed on the two properties. At the beginning of April, I stopped by Ms. Jill's office for a follow-up. BEFORE I COULD SAY

I had a closing today in Jill's office, and I sensed a good deal of prejudice and "ism" during my time in her office. I arrived at the office about 15mins prior to our closing. I was the 1st of 3 different parties there who were apart of our closing. After being there at least 5 mins, the 2nd party arrived, and the secretary finally decided to ask if I wanted anything to drink while I waited -- She only asked b/c the 2nd party had arrived and they had a diff skin-tone than mine. Once Jill came into the lobby to greet everyone (by this time all 3 parties were there). Of course I was greeted last

Great closing attorney office. Follows safe Covid-19 protocols. Also, very efficient in handling their core business, real estate closings. The paralegals in the office are also knowledgeable and efficient.
They've handled some of my closings and I was very satisfied. I use other closing attorneys but I'm really appreciating this office.
