Our company has been using Rapid for years but whenever I place an order, it either takes forever or they "never received it". When I call to check, they are very brash and never apologetic and the one or two times that our order is ready in a decent amount of time, they call us rudely several times asking when we are going to pick it up. My service manager has sworn to never go back because he was treated as if he was an interruption instead of a customer.
