My sister and I had to sell our mother's Sedona house remotely from Washington state. Barbara was very helpful with everything including getting property ready for listing, negotiating the sale and navigating a complex closing all while we were remote. What we thought would be easy ended up as a myriad of challenges. But Barbara led and performed so many tasks for us we could never had completed. She and her team are amazing!

Barbara was professional and responsive throughout the complicated process of selling our family home in Sedona. We live out of state and Barbara helped us find appropriate people who could prepare the property for sale, she oversaw work that was done and then when the house went on sale, she helped negotiate multiple offers and get a quick sale.
