Services
Richard Gross, DDS graduated from Ohio State University in 1985. He continues to educate himself in the latest dental technology. Although Dr. Gross practices all aspects of family dentistry, he specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry. He belongs to three ongoing dental study clubs, and takes 3 times the amount of continuing dental education credit hours as are required by law.

Dr. Richard Gross DDS has been practicing in the Heritage Professional Building for almost 30 years!
We will do a comprehensive dental exam at your visit. We are not only looking for any concerns with your teeth and gums, but we are looking at your total health - beyond the mouth. During the comprehensive dental exam, we will do a thorough oral cancer exam, take any necessary x-rays, check your gums, get any other needed records, answer all of your questions, and address any of your concerns.

Our comprehensive exam will be the most thorough dental exam you've ever had! Together, you and one of our doctors will discuss your past dental history and what you would like to achieve from your dental treatment.
Our complete clinical examination will include: a medical history review, an evaluation of your gums and the tissues that support your teeth, a yearly oral cancer screening, a look at your chewing muscles, jaw joints, and your bite and how they function together, assessing the health of each of your teeth and determining the need for fillings, crowns, etc, taking all appropriate x-rays and intraoral photos, and evaluating your smile esthetically.

Wow!! Completely blown away by how kind and friendly every single person I interacted with was. Highly recommend this place!! The hygienist was very gentle and even though I was pregnant and my teeth were extra sensitive, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Everyone was so kind that I actually left the dentist in a better mood than when I came in!!

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kelsey, the dentist has always felt like such scary/traumatic experience, but my anxiety’s and fears were taken seriously before any procedure making it easy for me to go to the dentist, get the required medications I needed to do that, and not feel so overwhelmed. I used to feel extremely overstimulated and insecure about the dentist which caused me to avoid it but I’m so happy with my experiences here. Thank you for making it a comfortable Dr. Kelsey and the rest of the staff:)))

I just recently started going to this office. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and professional. I cannot say enough about how helpful and comforting it has been to finally find a dentist I can trust. They are thorough and attentive to all of my dental needs and very accommodating to my work schedule, even offering a few days per week with evening hours!

My fiancé and I love this office and will never go to a another after finding this one. Nicole at the front desk has such a welcoming personality so every experience there has an excellent start. The Doctors are very professional and precise with their work! Dr. Kelsey takes pictures throughout the process so you are not kept in the dark with what is going on throughout procedures, she makes sure you’re comfortable and taken care of and does exceptional work. The hygienists are amazing with educating patients and taking take of you like a number one priority, Mrs. Carol the hygienist is both

Dr. Kelsey Gross has been my dentist for several years, and I go for regular cleanings twice per year. The cleanings are the most thorough I’ve ever had in my life! I love that they explain what they are doing so you’re fully informed. The staff and dental hygienists are so skilled, friendly and caring! I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

I was looking for a new dentist and this practice came highly recommended from my wife's periodontist. My new dentist is Dr. Kelsey Gross DDS and I don't think that I could have made a better selection. Kelsey is an outstanding dentist. Her hygienist, Jessica, is the best hygienist that I have had and the entire staff is professional, personable and attentive.

Everything! There is no problem they cannot handle expertly. Less than 24 hours before I had to go out of town, I had an emergency with a front tooth. They fit me in, and Dr. Kelsey Immediately knew what to do. In short order she began the work and fixed the tooth better than I could have ever imagined. It is impossible to see the repair. I am so thankful and amazed. Everyone in the office is top notch; you will be well pleased ! I give Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Richard Gross my highest recommendation without reservation!
