5 years ago I printed a picture I took of a rare Blue Moon and had it printed perfectly by an employee, Ryan who no longer works there. It's part of an art project I created. My husband wanted me to make him one for his office and I asked for it to be reprinted. I paid almost double ($145) what I paid initially and I get it, inflation but I expected perfection like the first time. What I got was a disgrace and I'm shocked they even would sell it to me in such a condition. The edges were not properly stretched on the canvass, it was scratched and to my biggest disappointment and surprise

Awesome customer support and quality of work !! One time a project shipped with the wrong paper and the Smart Levels Customer support team immediately had the job re-printed and shipped to our door the next day. I've used this company a few times now and production was always faster than promised and they have a very easy-to-navigate process. Although they aren't always the cheapest, they are still very reasonably priced and the quality is top-notch. Their will-call is open later than most companies and that is a life-saver sometimes. Due to my own poor scheduling my order wasn't going to be complete until after I left on a trip. I gave Smart Levels a call to see if something, anything, could be done to get this project completed before I left- even if it meant a reduction in finishing touches. Not only were they able to get me my prints before I had to leave, a full two days ahead of schedule, they got it done with all of the rounded corners and polish I had initially requested.

Well after 6 years of loyalty they lost us. We love the firm, but it was the people that made the difference. The "new" Smart Levels, skimps on customer service and readily admits that the last group of employees went and I quote, "above and beyond" for our clients, but we don't do that anymore. As a business owner, we need to be aligned with professionals who can occasionally help keep things moving and fluid. Stopping projects and sending them back to the customer is just a way to play hot potato and push the job off the desk for a week or two. It does NOT help with deadlines

These guys have been great for years! Their service is excellent, and they do everything they can to go the extra mile for you. On my last job, their big printer was broken, but they worked around it to get a large job out on time. On those rare occasions where there's been a problem, they've been great about working with me to resolve the issue. A big thumbs-up for a great small business.

From the beginning, Ryan was excellent to work with. He worked with me through the designs provided by my designer and made sure they would line up with EDDM requirements. He also tweaked the designs based on subtleties that came up relating to embedded fonts and outlines. So happy that Ryan was able to work through this and get things done.

Definitely not the cheapest place to get prints done it the customer service and wide range of custom marketing products they can do for you is just exceptional! Highly recommend their service and tell them exactly what you want and they will make sure you are satisfied! Only thing I wish they offered was a cheaper delivery service. Unfortunately not too make small businesses use their delivery services because it's just not worth it so you see many people come in to pick up.

We use Smart Levels for all of our outside printing needs. They are wonderful! This year we have expanded from printing flyers and brochures to also purchasing banners and foam core boards. All products have been printed quickly at a very high quality. My rep Carlos is always there to help if I have questions with my order. We will continue to use Smart Levels and I recommend them to all other departments on campus.
