The team at Gentle Family Dentistry are all well trained in their specific jobs and work together making the customer (ME) extremely happy. They interface with me as though I was the only patient in the office. The team is extremely pleasant to make me at ease in what needs to be performed. The team is well managed by the supervisors and the owners. My wife and I have been going to Gentle Family Dentistry for many years and drive from the Pinehurst area to be serviced by them. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN PERFORMING THEIR JOB AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER COMFORABLE AND FEEL AT EASE.

I was greeted by an enthusiastic receptionist and my hygienist Shannon was so upbeat and funny. I was so tired before my appointment but she had me laughing so much her energy was contagious! She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth & making me feel comfortable. I will definitely ask for her next time!

I really appreciate the caring, high quality care I've received at Gentle Family Dentistry for many years (15+ ?). Dental needs sometimes occur unexpectedly, like holiday weekend evenings, and they have always been supportive. That is really important. They make sure I'm comfortable and give me great treatment and good advice. The facility is first class and the staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
