Doing a "Spec House" you need a Realtor who understands the building process as well as the current market. Lisa is an agent who knows the ins & outs of starting from scratch and then when ready, she knows how to present the home, using her resources of videos and social media to just name two. Our Spec Home sold in 4 days for full market price with a 20 day escrow...and Lisa helped to make the process seamless. Such a pleasure to work with!
