Plant Engineering Consultants is a full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing and piping design firm. We are accustomed to being members of design-bid-build teams as subconsultants to other design professionals, or the contractor on design-build projects. Through our alliances and subconsultants, we can also serve as your single point of contact for facility design.
Our abilities and experiences span a wide variety of market sectors, including healthcare, industrial, semiconductor, educational, government, and commercial. Within each of these areas we understand the fine points of the clients' needs and are equipped to solve the problems you face. We have sensitivity to the variables involved with sustainable design, historical renovations and adaptive reuse.
Our approach to engineering begins with understanding the details of our client's needs. This is followed by the application of our comprehensive knowledge of the unique requirements, the design constraints, and the potential pitfalls as well as the issues related to code compliance, construction and maintenance to the particular type of facility or system we are designing.
The Plant team has extensive experience with ultrapure watersystems, particularly distribution loops. From designing loops for new facilities to troubleshooting problems in existing systems, Plant can provide the necessary support. We have design experience with virtually all types of loop configurations, balancing methods, and control schemes used on UPW loops.
