Wonderful experience, scheduling was easy and they where able to get me n appointment fairly quickly. They offered me both in person and online. The meeting went very well and all my questions where answered (even the ones I though where stupid) and Mr. Esua gave clear and concise answers without judgment. This is a word of caution for anyone looking to do business with this accounting practice. My company is currently taking legal action against Mildrid Esua CPA, PLLC for money owed to my company after terminating our business relationship in April 2019 for being charged for a tax extension that was never filed.
I was a client from Sept 2018 to Apr 2019 and during this time I had a bad experience with Wilson (Client Manager) and Mildrid (Accountant). The communication regarding updates for bookkeeping, administrative, tax planning, and billing was very sub-par. I would send numerous emails with

We regretfully retained this CPA firm in late 2016 to prepare our company and personal returns. To make a long story short, over $5,000 in paid fees later this firm not only failed to provide basic bookkeeping services, they also failed to FILE corporate and personal returns and to top it off failed to file for an extension. I was obligated to spend another $5,000 to retain a professional CPA firm to properly prepare and file our corporate returns, I now owe the IRS an additional $6,000 in penalties due to their lack of professionalism and experience.
