Nardell Chitsaz & Associates LLP (NCA) was founded by attorneys J. Timothy Nardell and Houman Chitsaz in 2008. Our goal is to be a go-to boutique law firm for individuals and companies in San Rafael and throughout the Bay Area who need sophisticated and pragmatic counsel.
