Great office, very knowledgeable attorneys. I called in looking for someone to assist us when we were trying to close on a home and had gone through multiple extensions. They went above and beyond to help us even when our closing was happening elsewhere. And they know what they are doing. Never think that you need to just accept the illegal deeds of companies because you think they're too big. I had an issue with a large collection company, I wrote letters, challenging their numerous entries on my credit file. They ignored my requests, and completely blew me off time and time again. I called the Boss Law Firm on a credit rating issue I was having. Had my initial call with his Paralegal Lizzie...she was terrific! After Lizzie gathered my info and ran my credit reports she transferred me to Chris Boss the Principal.
Chris spoke with me at length about my issue and although my issue did not rise to the level of needing to engage his services, Chris offered actionable advice for me to take on my own.

Less than 1 would be more appropriate. They take your retainer then drag their feet and never accomplish the objective. Then debate you as to why and say they need more money for their hard work or will have to drop your case. Best advise, stay away and find a competent lawyer. These people will hang you out to dry!
