If you would like to have an accurate snapshot of what your home is worth, I would like to complete a Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) for you. This is not like Zillow's "zestimate", which does not take into account neighborhoods, location, condition etc. The CMA is a side-by-side comparison of homes for sale and have recently sold in the same neighborhood, same size and same price range.
Median home prices here in Folsom during August was $775,000 up. June's home inventory in Folsom remains low with 53 homes for sale (down 46.5% from the same time last year).
