I just started with this dentist about a year ago. Yesterday, woke up with a terrible toothache- my first!
The doctor's office was so helpful and nice. Fit me in to see the doctor in the afternoon. He was SO nice. Explained everything/all my options, was patient and kind, and made me feel like I was the most important patient he ever had.
Antibiotics kicked in this morning, so feeling much better.

Dr.Hatem is amazing , I wished I would have met him sooner. I don't have good experience with dentist but he is the best. He listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and most of all makes me feel like I'm in the best hands. I went in for "emergency check in " and instead of preforming a root canal right away as the previous dentist had suggested, he said to give my tooth time to heal and he was right. He didn't find it necessary to remove a health tooth, all which I am great full! I also, recently went in for a cleaning and the service they gave and attention

First and only dentist that didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary procedures. My entire family goes to Dr Hatem because he is kind, caring and honest. Additionally, his fees are more than reasonable which is great since I don't have dental insurance. Dental hygienist was really good too. I don't know if I've ever had such a thorough cleaning. Super friendly fly staff and adhering to the highest Covid precautions. My whole family feels safe and well cared for thanks to Dr Hatem and his staff. Going back to have some work done and I know I'm in good hands.

Debbie is a pro level dental hygienist. I can’t imagine that there is a dental hygienist who is better. She seems to genuinely care about my teeth when she is informing me where I need to give more attention to when brushing. Not going through the motions like the teenager who greats you because he has to as a job requirement “welcome to Panda” in the most unenthusiastic tone ever. I wish I cared about my teeth as much as she seems to. Always makes me strive for a perfect score when I’m brushing, reflecting back on Debbie’s coaching. I used to go to my first Dentist in Hollywood for 32 years until he retired, then it took me 3 Dentists until I found Dr. Hatem. That's when I felt that he replaced my first beloved doctor. I'm never burdened by the thought of going to the Dentist, but I have to trust their decisions. Dr Hatem is trust worthy!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hatem for four years and counting. He had performed outstanding by saving a tooth with no pain and prepared a custom mouthpiece so that I can use it in my contact sports (e.g. jiu-jitsu and boxing.)
His staff personnel are professional and make their patients feel comfortable and with a home style atmosphere. I continue to return for a yearly check-ups and cleaning.
The dental office is very clean and prior to "Covid-19" one could have a hot cup of coffee while you waited for your appointed time. If your looking for a outstanding and expert dentist

Best lifetime experience at a dental office!!! Pristine facility, friendly and professional staff, observed COVID practices. Was attended to right away—not kept waiting like most dental offices. Dr. Hatem has been my DDS since he took over the practice from my previous dentist. I am still as well cared for now as I was previously. I saw many dentists before finally finding my previous DDS and I'm glad I didn't need to go hunting again.
I don't have really bad teeth but Dr. Hatem has expertly cared for me for some fairly extensive work, and I am pleased with the results! I'm sure I'll never need to look for another DDS.
The office staff and hygienists are also very professional, capable and affable.

I was so impressed by my first visit to Dr. Hatem. He does a wonderful job of listening to my concerns & addressing each concern without making me feel rushed in & out of the office. Been coming here for a while, at least 3 years. Originally was our dentist at Bixby Knolls where he was just already awesome. He left Bixby Knolls Dental to open his own practice so we left too just to search him out. He is really good at his practice. My husband says he has the best bedside manners and I agree. As always, Dr Hatem is amazing, his staff took me in last min, a day and time I chose, 7am to be exact, and he resolved the issue with my crown. His staff is always comfortably friendly, professional and accommodating. My visits are always relaxed and I can’t complain about the treatment(s) I receive. I can’t emphasized enough how happy I am that I have found the perfect dentist, with wonderful bedside manners, contagious laugh and great listening ear. I no longer dread ‘going to the dentist’.

Super great dentist office, from the phone making an appointment, to the wonderful receptionist, then the dentist assistant to the dentist himself who was friendly, patient made sure I was comfortable and with his professionalism he removed a rear wisdom tooth that I was terrified of getting removed with ease and I didn't even know he already taken it out.
I did not have insurance until it kicks in on Jan 1st with my new job and they treated me as a king so there was no fear of $$$ hungry at all strictly having empathy for a full grown man at 53 being past terrified of going to the dentist

Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with ease and careful care. Was in and out of the office in less than 45 min!
- Marlene was extremely helpful with answering ALL of my questions and concerns before and after removal.
- As for the doctor and Mina, they couldn't be any better they walked me through the process and were there to make me feel comfortable every step of the way! The doctor even called me after the removal to see how I was doing.
Would recommend 15/10!

This might have been the best experience I've ever had a dentist FOR REAL!!! I came here because none of the other local dental offices could get me in for another 4-6 weeks.
Called up this place and got an appointment set for the same week! Marlene took care of everything for me over the phone and made the entire process painless!
Soon as I got in the office I was again helped by Marlene, she was very nice and attentive the whole time and again made the whole process run smoothly. After filling out some standard paperwork, Mandie came and pulled me to the back. She asked some brief questions
