I would not recommend Anderson Reality. We used Anderson Reality to sell two houses and purchase our current home. I have repeatedly asked to receive the paperwork for the sales and purchase of my properties and even after a month, have yet to receive them. I have not only had problems getting my paperwork but have had issues with my property from the time of purchase. I feel John Anderson at Anderson Reality has turned what should have been my dream house, into a nightmare. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this company to anyone else.

John Anderson realty was a 3rd party participant in our real estate transaction. The experience was abominable and the his conduct and attitude as well as his employees was deplorable and unprofessional. The incompetence exhibited by John and his staff required that paperwork be redone over and over again causing severe delays. After repeated mistakes on vital legal forms. John eventually shut down and refused all phone calls and contact. I would not recommend his office to sell my bicycle, let alone a piece of real estate. Best advice: RUN if your transaction involves John Anderson Reality.
