My car broke down on a Thursday we have called them around 4 they said they would get back to us which they didn’t get back to us until hours later then we were told they would pick it up the next day at 9 o’clock in the morning no one has not notified me that my car is still sitting there and they have yet to pick it up very disappointed with this business and will never use them again . Definitely not professional please don’t give me a time if it’s just gonna keep sitting there I’ll find another business.

This place is amazing. They were able, on two separate occasions, to get my car in same day and fix it. The customer service is great and the prices are more than fair. Both times after getting a quote from them on the repairs, I looked up the average price for the repairs. And both times the price was less than the average and less than what they quoted me.

I cannot say enough about CJ Wagner Inc. Seth is a true professional and handled everything so effortlessly! My situation was a complicated one and needed more attention than just a regular tow and Seth (and his team) did an incredible job every step of the way. I will definitely used them again and I would recommend them to anyone in need of help. Fair prices, phenomenal service and all around great people, what more can you ask for?

Went in for quote , had a small scratch on back of car was told over 600 dollars for repair RIPOFF , they tried to bill 12 hours for the repair anyone who knows auto body work knows that is a scam 3 hours alone for painting, ridiculous , you can replace an engine in that time I feel bad for the insurance companies that are getting scammed by this company

Owner of C J Wagner is a liar and has shady business practices. Don't get body work done there! I took car to see if front bumper that they painted 1 1/2 years ago was warranted. Paint peeling on top side. Body manager took a look. I told him I know I caused lower bumper damage. Could he fix that too? He said he'd take care of whole bumper, "No Charge". Had to wait few weeks for appt. I called Fri before my Mon appt to confirm date and no charge. Monday at 7:45a.m. I got a call from Ken Wagner, the owner. Body manager out sick. Ken looked at bumper said would cost me $513. WHAT
