I drove up without an appt.to have my tires checked before hitting the highway. Although they were already busy with customers the mgr.lady(blond hair), told me to pull up to bay and she had someone our to help me right away. I didnt get her name but she gave me peace of mind and will definitely be back when I am tire shopping. Great service.

I waited over an hour and a half and they completely forgot about me. It became excuse after excuse. All I needed was a vaulve stem and air in my tires. They said we placed air into your tires. I started up the truck to find they didn't even touch the tires or put even a single psi into one. They didn't live up to their own expectations.

Amazing service. My kids played the whole time my tire was getting fixed. The front desk ladies also played with my kids as they were being rambunctious in the waiting area. I went to cash out a dollar for my kids to have some candy, and one of the guys gave them a 50 cents to get some. I went to pay for my tire to get fixed and found out my debit card was not in my wallet, and they said not to worry about it. I can't believe how great the service and generosity was. I will absolutely be back...next time with my debit card.

After trying to schedule an alignment, I had to reschedule because of some other appointments that I had. Amber at Modern Tire Pro was very patient with me. Then when I arrived for my appointment, I asked if they would also check the balance on the tires and do an oil change. It only took two hours for all of that (extra unexpected) work and cost a… lot less than if I would have had the work done closer to home. The folks at Modern Tire Pros took care of me, were very patient, and were really kind. updated 6/25/2020 AND - Because I was so satisfied, I took my pickup to get the AC worked

This place is awful... my boyfriend went in for an alignment and was told he needing to replace a whole lot of stuff including bearings. The price tag was well over $1400... they didn't tighten the control arm... when we got back to Kearney, we took it to BIG O Tire,(b/c there was a lot of noise going on)... and they fixed the issue for us and… recorded what they saw... Very scary as our tire could have fallen off at any time. Alarming they charge the ridicoulous amount of money they do and then don't fix things properly. Needless to say- I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... and

I can’t say enough great things about this location. We were towing my SUV to California behind my husband’s truck. The trailers tire blew out and we were stuck on the side of the road. Our insurance said if we had a tire they would come and change it. Tire Pros were so great they delivered us a tire!! Thank you for saving the day!!! Of course… then our insurance company (soon to be previous insurance company didn’t show) so we had to unload the SUV and my husband had to take the tire off and Tire Pro changed the tire for us. You never know how your heroes will come dressed

Modern Tire Pros went above and beyond for us today. Its a Friday at 5 and they were still willing to take us to go get a tire from another shop as they didn't have one to fit as well as staying late to put it on! They were really quick with the oil and service on the car, but they were so quick they forgot to replace our valve cap on the tire. 50 miles later we got a low tire pressure alert on the tire and had to stop, air leaking around the valve stem. 30 minutes of messing around to correct the problem and we were finally back on the road. When we called… them the only way they would make this issue right was if we came back in?? So they surely knew they forgot to replace the cap...because the still have it there??? But still not willing to make things right (And, no, we did not ask for a full
