Scott B. Ainsworth has practiced law in Decatur, Indiana, his hometown, for over 30 years, and has worked hard to gain the respect of his clients and fellow attorneys by providing quality and efficiency in his practice. His personal areas of practice are in business representation (large and small), corporate/entity formation, real estate/title insurance, wills/trusts/probate/estate planning, contracts, school law, and general legal matters.
Anne is a 2000 Graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette and a 2007 Graduate of Ohio Northern University, Pettitt College of Law. Since admission to the Indiana Bar in 2007, Anne is grateful for the opportunity to work closely with her Dad, Tim Baker, especially in efforts to enhance the City of Decatur through quality of life and economic development initiatives.
Derek is a 2012 graduate of Charlestown High School and graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2016, receiving Bachelor's Degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology, while minoring in Political Science. During law school, he participated in the Family and Children Mediation Clinic, where he became a registered domestic relations mediator for the State of Indiana.

Didn’t pay our last lawyer as much as they charged and this one was easier and had to walk across the street our other lawyer came from Warsaw. Feel like we just got bent over . He said it was an easy case would hate to see what they charge for a hard one. Spent maybe 15 minutes with judge, a couple times on phone. A few pieces of paper. Not much time either and $1,400.00 later can we say screwed. Should have known. WOW
