If you don't already have a print ready file we can create your flyer, business card, etc. When you provide us with the files of the words, pictures, fonts and logos you want to use, on average you are looking at $15 to $30 of work to put it all together. After we've done the layout you approve a proof on all new pieces before we print them.
Many of the files we receive are the right size and resolution and print beautifully. Many are not. The two most frequent problems we run into are files that are the wrong size and files that do not have bleed when they need them. Here's what you need to know about bleed. Most of the time we can identify files that will not work and we will contact you so that you can send a revised file that will print correctly.
Borderless printing requires bleed. Bleed is a printing term that describes a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bleed, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimed down.
