Aggieland Construction, based in College Station, TX, is a bonded and insured General Contractor who specializes in commercial construction in the state, federal and local levels along with the private sector. Our company was established in 2014 as an Aggie and family operated and owned business. We provide multiple delivery methods including, but not limited to, Design build, Construction Manager at Risk, and Competitive Sealed proposals.
Aggieland Construction is committed to quality customer service and satisfaction. We offer preconstruction, construction and management services that make the process easier for our customers. These services save our clients time and money, and ensure project goals are met. In the preconstruction phase, Aggieland Construction provides leadership to assist our clients in successfully planning their projects to reach their desired goals.
Whether starting off on a fully designed project or accelerating construction, the Aggieland Construction team provides the guidance to ensure that the construction of every project we build is completed smoothly and efficiently. Implementation of our Quality Control program to ensure construction of the facility is in accordance with the contract documents.
Aggieland Construction understands the issues involved in designing, building and operating a green building because we've done it and we know what it takes. Aggieland Construction is dedicated to reducing the environmental impact on every project we build - whether LEED certification is being pursued or not.

This guy is amazing! Definitely looks out for his clients with care and concern. I have been having trouble with insurance and Chris stepped in and miraculously was able to get everything covered by insurance.
