I received a gift certificate to for Silk Hands Spa. I had a CBD oil massage with Karla. She was excellent. My legs and hips were super sore from a recent running event I had just participated in. Karla was able to apply adequate pressure to help loosen up my sore body!
I highly recommend Karla if you are looking for an excellent massage.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here.
My massage was scheduled out for over a month (understandable during these times- but still a bit longer than most spas).
Once that day came, I got a call a few hours prior explaining we needed to reschedule (also understandable during these different times).
But then when I show up to my appointment, the doors are locked, and nobody will answer the phone (I called over 5 times) I find that disrespectful.Never heard back from them. Kinda the opposite of professionalism. I understand things happen- but no calling no showing

Karla gives the best massage I’ve ever had. She is able to get deep into the muscles to work out all the stress from weight training six days a week.
You will definitely feel some soreness the next day but after that you feel so much better. Granted I do request a deep massage so if you want you can request a little lighter.
She is great at adapting to your input so feel free to tell her when you need a change.

Jermaine's CBD massage is by far the best massage I've ever had. Beware though, once you get a CBD massage you can't go back to normal regular massages. They're just not the same.
Spring for the 90 minutes and your neck and shoulder tension from the last year of stressful desk work will feel so much better. I have been having migraines lately and the neck massage released so more tension than I knew I had.

I usually have multiple massages per month and have been to several companies trying to find someone who is good, that I can keep going to and get the same consistent results each time. I have been to places that are in a building where I can hear people walking by to distract me or the walls are so thin I can hear people next door having lunch and talking, not a chain where people come and go and I can't get the same person. I found the place! Karla is by far the best massage I have ever had and I will continue going to her and her prices and service selection is great.

Absolutely loved this place! I received my first massage ever by Shelly. She was nothing short of amazing! She is professional, along with making you feel extremely comfortable and open with her. She knows exactly what she's doing, and explains the science with every different muscle work. I highly recommend to anyone looking in the area for an affordable, professional, all around great spa!!

I signed up for the membership a few months ago and it's been a great experience. Karla is always easy to work with and does her best to target the areas on your body that need the most work. For me the right pressure is hard to find when getting a massage, but she finds the perfect amount and always checks in to ensure you're comfortable. She's also been respectful and mindful of the new Covid policies. I always enjoy coming in for a massage here!

My SO set me up with a massage at this place and it was worth every penny. My therapist was Shelly and she was amazing. She asked if I had any previous injuries and if I wanted her to focus on any specific areas. I told her about having a possible pinched nerve in my back for the past 15 years. She went to work and found where it was, except it wasn't in my back. She explained where it was, used CBD oil to help ease the pain, and came back to it later. The CBD oil helped so much she was actually able to work the pinched nerve. The room was a little too bright for me to relax, but Shelly listened

This review was for my second visit on April 11th 2019. The biggest disappointment was being refused service for my Living Social voucher after arriving for my appointment. Especially since my first appointment at Silk Hands 6 months ago went pretty well. I even gave her a 30 dollar tip which was pretty generous for a 90 minute massage. She saw that my voucher was valid, I scheduled online, drove 25 miles, arrived 15 min early, and after waiting, was denied use of my voucher. Definitely a different experience. This business is in an executive office building. From hallways & exterior this looks like a typical law office or insurance - suit & tie type place. That all melts away once you step inside the massage room. Tranquil setting & the most impressive, skilled, attentive & professional masseuse I have ever worked with! Perfect in every way. I had a deep tissue massage and it was a great massage. She hit all the key spots and worked my back muscles over good. She was always asking if the massage was too hard making sure I was okay with the pressure. There was a time where she said that part of the deep tissue massage needed extra pressure in a more sensitive spot. She explained what she was doing so I was always comfortable and always in the know. My muscles are stretched and worked over and I feel wonderful.

Karla's technique and thoughtful, thorough approach to massage is not to be missed. I have structural issues, and she was very skilled and confident in her approach to my aches and pains. Afterwards, my range of motion was increased and overall felt amazing and refreshed. I highly recommend her. You will be in good hands.
