Our Jeep had been in storage for years and after finally getting it started once again I immediately noticed the brake pedal went to the floor. I was pretty certain we needed a new master cylinder.
We stopped by Tire Works the next day and explained the issue. Right away he said it sounds like the master cylinder but to bring it in and they'd take a look at it to make sure. He gave us an estimate on parts and labor before we left. He also mentioned they could most likely diagnose and repair same day. Right away I got a good vibe from Keith who turned out to be the Manager.
A couple days later

My husband took our car in for an oil change, a freaking oil change, our car was running perfect then after 3 hours to do an oil change they want to say our water pump is broken and now our car is over heating every time we drive it. No!! they broke our water pump and have now left us completely screwed as it's our only vehicle and we have a new born and a 10 year old that has to get to school. These people are money hungry crooks just looking to make a buck. Pathetic

My husband and I came to Vegas as a quick stop for the start of our mini cross country road trip back in June. After we arrived to Vegas from the Bay Area, we noticed one of the tire air pressure keeps deflating in the middle of the night. Luckily, we brought our own air tire pressure pump so we were able to inflate the rental car tire before finding a place to fix the flat. Exactly 12 hrs since I came in. Had a slow leak in my tire. Take it in, find out I had 2 nails in it. They fixed it for free! Great right? WRONG. I'm now stranded in the a rural area with a flat that tire. I had less issues with the nails IN my tire than this fix. Better off goin to hood tire shops. I'm super upset, if you can't fix something then say that. Smh.

They really need to hire more people. The manager, Aaron, is running around like crazy helping customers, answering the ever ringing phone line...
Came in for a oil change based upon a appointment I made and they sent a confirmation on. Was told that it wasn't in their system but they would take me next. Was also told that an appointment only means you'll be the next car they take in not when they'll do the work. I guess we don't agree on what a appointment is.
So, my car goes in about 15 minutes later for a oil change. Takes over two hours. Wasn't happy about that

Kevin was awesome! He offered several options to fit my needs and budget. He got my tires replaced quickly, straightened out my alignment, and my car handles so much better now! He also made an extra effort to protect my rims. Kevin made a frustrating situation so much better. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for all my future tire needs.

Anytime I have gone to this location the staff has been really professional, concerned about what I need and prompt to getting in touch with me. The manager at this location (Nelson) was at another store in N. Las Vegas which is where I first took my car in. I live on the North side of town, but Nelson does a great job and runs a good store which is why I make the drive to take my cars to this location. I know that I am getting what a pay for. As long as he's at this location, I'll keep coming back!

I don't usually write reviews but I figured I should share about my experience from this place.
I found out that 2 of my 1 yr old tires had bubbles and so I called a couple of tire works locations to ask about the warranty I have. The location on cactus told me that the warranty won't cover my tires and I would need to pay $280 for 2 tires. When I called this location I spoke to Josh and he told me that warranty will cover it. I ended up paying only $116! They worked on it as soon as i got there and got me out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone in this location seems cool but definitely

If I could give them less stars I would. I took my car in for a simple repair (fuel pump) to clear smog and clear a check engine light. after paying over $2,000 and driving 50 miles the light came back on. I took the car back and the issue was supposedly fixed but after driving 50 miles the light came on again. I was told by the manager it would be taken care the third time, but to my surprise I was told I needed to pay an additional $1,500. I refused so they illegally held my car. I had to call the police to have it released. Another shop fixed the original problem for $250 and confirmed no work
