O'Shea Tire & Service Center has remained a family owned and operated business since we first opened our doors back in 1945. Our shop actually began as a tire shop before it evolved into an auto care center. In 1945, Ed O'Shea decided to open up a car and farm tire store. In 1957, Frank Sanjule purchased the business from Ed, and expanded the business into automotive repair.
Frank sold the business in 1972 to his son, Bob Sanjule, who continued to grow the business in technology and agriculture while maintaining the automotive repair and service side of things. Rich Borra purchased the business in 2003 and focused on automotive and commercial fleet service and repair, including law enforcement cars, county fleet vehicles, and commercial business fleets.

All I can say is you get what you pay for. If my car needs attention I know Andrea and Rich have me covered. You won't get better service anywhere else and they don't give me any malarkey about things that don't need to be fixed. Price of tires are good but when you purchase two tires and they charge you $20 for rotation when there are two tires off the vehicle already seems to be a bit to much and I had one lugnut missing and maybe one or two different ones they come out with three in there hand and say you need 13 new lug nuts my I needed two or three not 13 . Be careful what you get and what your being charged for . And the worst of it when I was driving home I felt a vibration I had to stop and tighten lugs down on one tire good thing I had a four way nope not my favorite place

Stellar service from the initial phone call to try and find winter tires through to the installation. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful, thorough, and efficient. I also appreciated the flexibility due to weather/school delay the day of the appointment as well - as usual I was a little too late getting snow tires on. Highly recommend for exceptional customer service as well as competitive pricing.

My daughter and I were visiting a college in the area and got caught in a bad rainstorm and I lost a windshield wiper. I pulled in looking to buy one. Not only was I able to purchase one,but they installed it without even a question. Caught me completely off guard and was overwhelmed by their willingness to help.

These folks at O'Shea's are fast and honest. I had a problem that potentially could have cost me hundreds of dollars without me suspecting a thing, and the bill was for less that $30.00. These folks are great people, and they do really good work. They even took care of another problem they found at no charge.

Simply the BEST auto repair shop in Central New York. Excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. They’ve always gone above and beyond to provide great service. Very affordable, they're great at answering any questions or concerns prior to providing service- honest and trustworthy. Really like the detailed car reports with images. Great family atmosphere as well- love the dog! I highly recommend O’Shea Tire.

They were very quick and able to fit me in next day, the service itself only took about a half hour.
They completely explained my problem in a very clear manner (I’m not a car person at all so I really appreciated this). They also weren’t pushy and didn’t attempt to upsell me additional things.
The price was fair.
The waiting room was clean, well lit and well ventilated, and had plenty of seating.
Edited to add: Afterward, they emailed me a report that had details of what they did and pictures of my car which was very nice.

The whole crew is so nice, including Pita the shop dog! Seriously, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service of the counter staff - Larry, Andrea and Herb. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service...it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! It's also nice to get a link to the comprehensive photo inspection with notes from the service team. Thanks so much O'Shea tire!
