We referred a screen printed shirt order for our valued customer to Apple Imprints Apparel, Inc. We pre-payed by check & placed our trust in Mary Poissant, manager & Lina Shelton, sales rep. BIG MISTAKE. The team shirts order was clearly specified in writing to ship in exact quantity yet Apple shipped it late and missing 4 shirts plus 2 wrong sized shirts. To make things worse Apple never informed us so we were blind-sided by our customers complaint. I urgently contacted Lina & Mary who ignored me for 12 days while my customer had 6 team members playing games with no shirts. When I finally spoke
