I want to thank Alex Gandel and his entire team with the recent sale of my home. As a formal realtor, Alex reminded me of how much I really did not know about the complexities of attempting a “For Sale by Owner” transaction. In my case, the transaction became complicated for a number of reasons, one being the drop out of two buyers due to funding and other reasons. However, we remained focused on the end result, held firm on the current value of my home and Alex and his team brought it home in the end. We were very skeptical about hiring any agent, because we had to sell our old property and buy a new one at the same time… until we met with Alex. We immediately connected, and everything he said felt right. Alex very quickly knew what we were looking for, had our best interest throughout the process, never tried to convince us to buy a property we were hesitant about, he just moved on and reassured us that we will eventually find what we are looking for.
