Appraisal was scheduled for the October 1,2021 and I had rescheduled it October 12, 2021 in order to finish an improvement being done on the property. I was told that the paperwork would be completed early the following week. After the mortgage company has tried making contact multiple times I made 13 phone calls to them on October 22, 2021 where the first 12 just rang until the phone hung up on me and the 13 call finally got someone on the line who told me the office person was on vacation (no one set up a voicemail or greeting saying that????).
