Lakeside Interior Contractors Inc. is a leading commercial interior and exterior finish contractor founded in 1989 serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Since then we have been highly successful growing in size and - as importantly - reputation. Originally, Lakeside Interiors performed carpentry and plaster disciplines for interior and exterior applications.
Over the years, other commercial contractor capabilities were added, including the access floor division in 1991, the painting division in 1992, an expanded all-purpose flooring division in 1994, and the cabinet/millwork shop in the year 2000. Lakeside Interiors has developed a standard of expertise in project management, value engineering and motivated workforce teams focused on customer satisfaction.

Ohio CAT needed a larger space for their shop and parts warehouse as well as their machine sales, rental, and administrative offices, so the company purchased 40 acres in Perrysburg, Ohio right off of the I-75/I-475 interchange.
Full range of painting capabilities is offered matching paintable surfaces to compatible paint materials and application techniques. Proficient at applying new, state of the art drywall materials using cutting edge techniques to save customers time and money. Experience with flooring from nearly 40 different manufacturers representing wood, carpet, rubber, resilient materials, and durable epoxy systems.
