A North Bay native, Dick Burke was born and raised in Marin County. Following a four year tour of duty in the Navy, he worked in the dairy industry and the restaurant business. In 1973 Dick began his real estate career and has been active in the sale of properties ever since. Dick has experience with residential properties, bare land and rental/income properties in both California and Nevada.
A long time Petaluman, Mike graduated from Petaluma High School and San Diego State University with a degree in Public Administration. As a Petaluma resident for over 40 years and a full time real estate professional for over 24 years, Mike has the expertise needed to assist you with the sale or purchase of your home.
Debbie and her husband Michael raised three children here in Petaluma and now they are also Grandparents. Debbie has been a professional Real Estate Agent for more than 25 years. Carolyn and Co. at Westgate has been managing my property for over 7 years. Westgate is by far the most complete property management company in the North Bay. She handled everything from tenant screening, applications, interviews, walkthroughs, and rent collection. Another bonus is her knowledge of the local housing market. Her company is very reliable and responsive. I wanted an agency to handle all the behind the scenes stuff and they have done it perfectly. Overall: Westgate and especially Keri have been stellar in the leasing process! Keri has been very responsive and patient with my questions and requests. I've since recommended them on the local Petaluma Facebook group and to friends who are looking to buy in Petaluma.

Just wanted to give a quick review of Bridget Lyons from Westgate real estate. Bridget was fantastic we applied for our apartment she contacted us in less than 24 hrs. Called and spoke to me over the phone was very friendly and helpful arranged all our paperwork quickly for us and we were approved to move in very fast after that. Would recommend her and Westgate to anyone looking for somewhere to live.

I own rental properties in several locations and have used different rental brokers over the years. Simply put, Carolyn at Westgate is one of the best I have had the pleasure to do business with.
