They claimed I had all these issues with my vehicle wrong b4 they could align it. I took the parts off and their head mechanic checked them over and admitted there was nothing wrong with them ball joints (etc). They then agreed to align it. Then overcharged me from their own quote. I wouldnt recommend anyone. To kens

I recently had my son Jake's Dodge Magnum in Ken's Alignment for a driveshaft hanger bearing. Not only was the price considerably lower than many of the other shops I checked but they were able to get my car in and had it done very expeditiously! Not only that but they also did an extensive inspection at no extra charge. I really feel that everyone from the ladies in the reception and scheduling area, the service writer to the mechanics, displayed true professionalism and a genuine courtesy in getting our car back on the road.
