We rented this space for almost 30 years. In that long stay, any problems we faced about the building (lighting, weather stripping, good parking etc) were fixed promptly. I will strongly recommend Ari-El for tenancy by small to big businesses as they have space suited for the needs

Working with Ari-El Enterprise has been a great experience. I started out in a smaller office suite and quickly out grew the space. I was able to expand into a larger suite to accommodate my practice. Ari-El took care of every detail of the expansion and the results of the renovations are amazing! This team has been professional and attentive to my needs as client at all times. It literally started from the Leasing Agent Barak and followed through with the building Manager Kelly! Such an awesome team. You won’t be disappointed.
