Mr. Weires was phenominal. He is very well versed in the law. I have used his services in 2 different court cases and prevailed in both.
In one of the cases, he helped me manuver through a messy divorce and custody battle. To sum up the almost 4 year ordeal in a nut shell and to show how good he is; I am a man, living in NY and I now have custody of my 3 daughters. If you know anything about NY and its courts then you know how powerful that statement is.

I would select a zero if I could. He never finished my divorce. Stopped receiving my phone calls and texts for the last 3 weeks. Then when I found a new lawyer, I found out that he went to court twice without informing me. I don't even know what was discussed at these two court dates. Don't use him!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in the service I received with Rhett. He never finished any of my divorce paperwork over a two year span. But what's more disappointing is that he told me he filed them and never did! Called numerous times to his cell and office and no return calls. Had to shell out another $2,500 for a new lawyer to file my papers. Shame on Rhett! Be very careful! Would not recommend!!!!

I engaged Mr Weires to handle my divorce largely because he sold me that he understood something that other lawyers didn't. He assured me that I had a chance to reduce my crazy, out of proportion payments. Things ticked right along, through $5000. One procedural court appearance later, we were into another $5000. He began to get difficult to get to on the phone; almost impossible, in fact - and I had decisions that had to be made. I got a lot of "Hey buddy, how's it going".
