We have bought and sold several houses, and John Feeney was by far the best agent we've worked with. We used John as a selling agent. He is knowledgeable of the market and told us where he thought the list price should be, but he knows the ultimate decision is up to the seller. His marketing strategy is good, and he works with quality people (his photographers, for example). He was on top of every bit of the paperwork needed, and he was in communication with us when needed (but not excessively when not needed.) The real estate market has changed dramatically since we last sold and purchased a home. John was savvy in dealing with a difficult seller and persistent in the tricky sale of our home- and tied everything together perfectly. John's extensive knowledge of mountain property helped us with things we didn't know we needed to know! John was always available, quick to respond and had attention to detail. We were very fortunate to select John Feeney in listing our cabin in Red Feather, Crystal Lakes addition. We were out of state owners and were not sure of how to price the property. After contacting John by phone we were able to meet with him. He had prepared a market analysis using comps in the area and his recommendation was on target with our thoughts. He gave us great recommendations to give the property curb appeal and to make the inside more appealing. John met with a professional photographer at the cabin and posted dozens of photos that captured the entire place including a few aerial shots
