Founded in 2002, Quantum Consulting Engineers is led by Sandro Kodama, John Riley and Scott Tinker. They share management duties thereby allowing them to focus most of their time on project work. Experience should include designing a variety of building types and structures in various building materials, including concrete, steel, masonry, and wood-frame construction.
