Absolute nicest person on top of being an amazing dentist. Everyone in the office was so kind and considerate. I feel like I hit the jackpot because I left an emergency dentist appointment feeling like I left the spa. If you are someone who is afraid of the dentist like myself Dr Song is the dentist for you. He walks you through everything before he does it and he stays with you and talks and jokes so you feel so comforted. His assistants are just as knowledgeable and kind. After a long search for a dentist, I finally found the dentist of my dreams with Dr Song. What a light-hearted, kind, compassionate, professional with tremendous knowledge and a great bedside manner with a firm but gentle touch in the mouth. I was fortunate to have found Dr. Song during an emergency. He came in on a day off and helped me out. I can't say enough nice things about this dentist - he really cares about his patients. The offices are nicely designed with lots of windows, and the comforts offered to patients go far beyond what I have ever seen in a dental office. Also the equipment is up to date and super efficient. Thank you Dr. Song!

I first called Dr Song’s office because of an emergency dental problem I was experiencing and my current dentist had not returned my call. I spoke to Theresa, Office Manager, and she set up an appointment immediately. Theresa is the first person you meet when you go into office and she not only answers all your questions but she makes you feel so welcome. I have always had anxiety at dental appointments but Dr Song’s professional and pleasant manner puts you at ease right away. I was impressed at how he took the time to explain options. I have been very fortunate to have been with Dr. Song since he first came to this practice. I have been attending the practice since 1994 when I first arrived in Burlington with Dr. Lewis. Dr. Song made a smooth transition into the practice making it a great friendly and welcoming experience . He remodeled the office, expanding the space and ambiance. It is clean and bright with aroma that does not let you feel like you are at a dentist office.

It was an extremely relaxing experience. Loved the music played in the office. The cleaning procedure felt like a massage for my teeth. I almost fell asleep. Love the office manager, who is always helpful. I also like how they skipped splashy steps due to COVID-19. The front desk setup looked very safe to me as well. Very thoughtful. Also, there are shaded areas in the parking lot, making waiting not so bad for a hot day. When I went in, it was almost 90F but I did not feel hot when waiting under a tree shade.
