Dr. Maria Castellese was born and raised in the Chicago area. She completed her chiropractic education at the National College of Chiropractic and has been in practic since 1996. She initially practiced Chiropractic at a group practice in Arlington Heights, and has been practicing in Elk Grove since 1999.
During her spare time she enjoys running, biking, and cross country skiing. She has been running in the Chicago marathon since 1992. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine in the treatment of neck pain, back pain, headaches, and sciatica. Our mission is to provide our patients with the finest quality healthcare with excellent customer service in a warm and friendly environment.

When you are in pain, getting the right treatment for your condition is very important. Here at the Chiropractic Center, safe and effective treatment techniques are utilized to relieve the source of your pain. Massage therapy - licensed massage therapist on staff. Covered by some health plans including BCBS, Aetna, Auto and Workers Comp Insurance.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and walked into my 9am appt with Dr. Maria Castellese only to find that they do not follow Covid protocols. The 3 staff members I saw and other patients in the waiting room were all without masks.
I went up to the front desk to voice my concerns and was giggled at and so I left.
What a waste of time and unprofessional staff.

Be prepared for a GIANT bill if you are out of network or need to meet a deductible. Also - they take the bill you owe directly out of your account without any notice! For someone who doesn't make a ton of money, I was very upset. I understand that I need to pay, and have no issue with that at all, but when you deduct money from my account without notice as to when it will be coming out is very poor business.
