I have had Shannon Whaley as an instructor for my original real estate license class as well as continuing education. She is a fabulous presenter, covering the required materials in a well structured and meaningful way. Her many years of history and experience in real estate bring tons of stories and examples that help bring the concepts she teaches to life. Lastly, I have attended both in person and virtual training sessions run by Shannon and the virtual sessions which are needed in the time of Covid19 are almost as good as the in person ones!
