Really poor customer service. It's almost laughable. I was having trouble uploading my ready-to-print design on line. So i called in and some older, rude man with an accent answered the phone.
He was super impatient. Kept cutting me off. Wouldn't let me finish a single sentence. He told me, AND I QUOTE......"The answers to your questions are online. All you have to do is read!".
Unbelievable!!!
I just hung up at that point. I don't have time for that.
I called another company. Emailed my design. They got back to me with the price. Ill be picking up my banner in 2 days. THAT'S HOW ITS DONE.

I was excited to order a second banner from 1daybanner as our first experience was seamless! WOW, what happened? I ordered the MOST basic banner-black background, red block letters with an arrow on the bottom. I designed it on their site and we did not add a design or logo of any kind. A few hours later we received a proof and they suggested I add a white ring around the red as it would make it much easier to read. Great idea, we approve. A few days later my banner arrives. I went to 1day banner today on 4/6/21 and the door was chained closed so that you could barely open it. The older man from inside the business talked to me through the crack in the door and said " What do you need" after explaining I needed help with printing a banner. He insisted I need to make the design on his website I already had made. I explained I had the vector file with the design I wanted and he kept speaking over me and talking down to me as if I was a child. I placed an order yesterday morning, called to ask about pickup/delivery as I need it this weekend and dont commute to Santa Ana very often.
They have a special for next day delivery in CA (OC I'm guessing), he told me to call once order was placed so he could look out for it. I approved the proof, and here it is at my doorstep 24 hrs later! Thank you for going above and beyond to serve your customers!

My friend ordered a print from here a couple of days ago and although the print turned out awesome, the customer service was really not up to par. Naad was really rude and impatient when she was trying to explain what she wanted and proceeded to interrupt her a million times on the phone. When there was an issue with the print he proceeded to state that "he doesn't have time for this" and after she explained she was upset with the customer service he said that "she cant talk to him like that". Overall really bad experience with the customer service.

Customer service sucks. I have a pdf for my design and just wanted to make sure it would look good when the do the banner and he wouldn't even listen to me. I understand that they are not a design company but they should still be able to look at the design and be able to say it it will come out good.

Please read the reviews and avoid this business. The owner basically told me he didn't want my business the threw away a $1,500 order. All because it took a couple days to make it over to his store to drop off a sample. Wow, must be nice being able to turn work away... I always try to help my community first, but I'll be buying these online at Vista Print or a similar online business. I don't need this type of harassment.

Terrible customer service. Only one guy always answers the phone and is very rude, has don't care attitude. He will make you feel rushed. If you don't give him business fast or If you ask more questions, he says he is too busy. If you are persistent, he hangs up the phone and cancels your order. Just waste of time to deal with this company. Just think about it.

My friends....don't waste your time here. Time is money!

There are other companies online much cheaper, faster and customer friendly.

They provide a website and don't understand how their own website works. I placed an order for a banner and needed to change part of the banner so that all of the letters matched the same font (the font provided on their website!) and they called and the guy was indian and maybe that was the language barrier, but he wouldn't listen to be trying to explain that I'm not trying to get them to match a font I have to my computer, just the font they provided in their digital designer! He was very rude and eventually said "I've spent too much time on this order, I cancel"

Have been using this company for over 10 years for my banners. Prices are great as is their turnaround times. Shipping rates are very reasonable, especially if you're in CA. If local, you can pick up your order in the store. I still have banners I ordered from them 8 years ago. Definitely recommend!

The owner called me to complain to me about my art file (Ive been a graphic designer for 15 years) he said I needed to resend him another file and had the worst tone with me over the phone. We hung up, I thought about it for a bit and decided to cancel my order. I called him back and said I would like to cancel, he was very short with me and said, "send me an email" and hung up. I sent him the email to cancel the order and received a response that he needed to charge me 25% of my original order. I walked in the store and the guy was rude , he was busy on he screen and didn't even bothered on assisting us properly! He wasn't even trying to help us out, after yelping his location I thought it would be a fast and wonderful experience. Instead it was the opposite, and to make it worst the I drive far . This is an interesting experience. I have ordered many marketing items from Vistaprint for years and there is another company called overnightprint.com where l could get postcards and flyers very quick but they don't do banners. This time l needed a banner done quick, so this company came up on my Google search. I submitted my order on Monday thinking l should get it by Wednesday the latest. Then l got a call from a gentleman telling me that l should have read the shipping terms, and should not expect it would arrive before Friday. That's definitely not a ONE DAY banner service. However

Where do I start?!? First of all I don't enjoy giving anyone a bad review but the customer service I've received from this company has been HORRIBLE!! I ordered a 2' x 6' banner for my aunts 90th birthday party. I placed the order online and requested a proof PRIOR to shipping. As you guessed it, that didn't happen. I immediately called (877-587-4467) 1DayBanner when I received an email notification the sign was shipped.
The guy answering the phone is rude at best. He said refuse the package when it arrives

We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. We ordered several banners late on Tuesday for an event we're hosting over the weekend and they were ready to be picked up on Thursday. I called another local sign shop before finding 1 Day Banner and not only could the other shop not guarantee that the banners would be printed in time, the price was quite a bit higher. Excellent experience all around!

Price was reasonable, other online companies are cheaper, but he was local and could got it done in a day or so. Ordered two 4x8 banners I designed before to match our company logo and style. The colors on the banner he printed came out completely different. Where was supposed to be grey came out turquoise and the blues had too much green in it.

I brought it up to the main guy and he blamed my files. Even though we have used the same colors and files for many other styles of prints and have never seen this much variation before. The guy couldn't care less.. Horrible customer service, OK

We decided to get a banner for daughter's 50th birthday bash to use as a guest book/sign-in. Website was easy to navigate and we chose to upload our own design. We submitted design on a Saturday evening when their website happened to be experiencing some problems. Despite the unforeseen difficulties, our banner was completed in a few days, much to our satisfaction. Since we live locally, we chose to pick it up in person. Needed a banner for rowing team in a short period of time. 1 day was so helpful in spite of my lack of graphic arts experience. Banner came in on time and high quality~couldn't be happier. Prices great, service was not immediate, but calls and emails returned in time for production and delivery. Big impact for low price.

I've been buying banners from these guys for years now and have always had a wonderful experience. You can't beat their speed and the quality is amazing as well! I usually order online and have it delivered but the couple of times I stopped by the shop to pick up my orders the manager was very professional and pleasant.

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. I've had banners made by them more than once and its always great work at a great price and obviously with a very fast turn around. Granted, that was using my own artwork/design as a single jpeg at either 150 or 300 dpi.

Also I opt to pick them up in person as I live not TOO far from them. I'd rather make a 30-45 min drive to get it in-hand than risk or wait for "snail mail".
