Services
We've established relationships with several custom brokers, freight forwarders, ocean ship liners, and trucking companies who provide us with their lowest rates which we then pass on to our distributors. You pay one all inclusive price and we take it from there. There will never be any surprise shipping fees, tariffs, etc.
There are no charges for random samples. If samples are available, they will ship the same day. If samples are unavailable, it may take 5-7 days to receive them from our office in China or abroad elsewhere. Pre-production sample charges are determined on a per-project basis. Pre-production samples may incur tooling charges, set-up fees, and freight.
We've established strong relationships with our factories who comply with the highest standards in quality as well as guidelines for a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. We make frequent visits to ensure consistency and invite all our distributors to visit the factories abroad for a personal tour of each facility.
