They work really hard to help my daughter. She was scared to death of Dr Flemmings. But the quality and confidence of these dentist have made her much less fearful.

This is the best dental group I've had in a while. The Dr's are all great
They see the whole family. The staff is very professional and work hard to get you in and make sure your insurance is doing what its supposed to do. Absolutely the best service I've had since I've been on medi cal. I dont feel cut rate or undeserving of superior customer service. No long waits for appointments or visits. My daughter was scared to death at her last dentist

Horrible at appointment making. No follow through with insurance approvals, they placed a crown (i paid out of pocket) it took the Dentist 4 trys, she was very rough before it "fit right" it didn't fit right and never full healed. I call and told them they didn't care. It was put on in May-June today my crown came off while drinking water!!!!!! The "guarentee doesn't cover that" I was told. 😷

This place is great! I've recently had to switch my insurance to Medi-CAL and with that coverage it was extremely hard to find a good dentist. I went to Dr. Gohzlan that wanted a 1000 dollars out of pocket for my crown and they insisted medical didn't pay for crowns. When I came here they told me medical does cover crowns and even brought down the price of a crown to 800 dollars of for some reason medical would not cover it. SO THE INSURANCE STAFF IS GREAT! Anyway Dr. Ali did my root canal he really cared about making sure I wasn't in any pain, he did a great job and was pretty fast

A complete waste of time and insurance. Went to have my wisdom teeth extracted only to find out that they don't do wisdom teeth removal, then they wrote me a fake referral. The place they referred me to also didn't do wisdom teeth extractions. They also never did a follow up with me either after making a complaint. So aggravating.

First time Patient!!! it took me almost 10 years to Build-up courage to come to the Dentist Nervous as it is did the xrays than the dr Examined to me what was needed to be done and than RUDELY!!! told me I'm 10 years to late why I even come than told his help well I guess just give her a cleaning I got up out my chair the help said you don't want your teeth cleaned Hello no he just said why I even come... Professional I think not people like him where the reason I stood away I'll never go back there EVER!!! You don't Deserve not even one star

This is a Great Dentist office.
The staff are fun, friendly, and professional.
I needed an extraction and they did a good job of making sure I was completely numb before beginning the procedure and during the procedure.
I've come back multiple times for fillings and am looking forward to perfecting my smile.

Unethical Dentist: Mehwish Rashid
I went in for an exam and a cleaning. The entire place is chaotic and unprofessional, to say the least. The only person here with any semblance of professionalism is the woman at the front desk.
There is a tattoo shop next door that was blasting music at such a decibel that the bass was causing the walls and floor to vibrate. I couldn't believe that this was allowed.
X-rays were taken by a seemingly inexperienced tech, who was making mistakes and had to keep repeating his work. I had to ask him if there was a shield for my neck to protect my thyroid. He

Do not go here. The doctor was insisting on prescribing medicine I was allergic to with no equivalent alternative. To preface, I'm a nurse, so I have a bit of experience to glean from. I was walked in (no appt) 9:30am Monday after a weekend of pain and an excruciating sleepless night. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and said they could see me. The X-ray tech was prompt and careful, but the equipment kept malfunctioning (also concerning) The good part ends here.

Very clean office and very knowledgeable staff. I've forgotten my insurance card number but because it was Denti-Cal the receptionist (Virginia) said it wasn't an issue she can look up my information. I walked In the office with my newborn.
Filled out some paper work then was walked into the back for further examination. Great dentist, horrible time management. Make sure you don't have any plans on your appointment day, 3 scheduled appointments have had wait times of over an hour and a half before being taken to a room. Apparently your time isn't as important as theirs. FYI, already paid in full for services and products, maybe that's why, already have my money so it's not like I can go somewhere else...

Dr. Sattout office *HAS* been great up until a few months ago. After many visits over a year period we had nothing but great experiences. Get to the fall and Virginia (the front desk person) tried to charge more than what she originally quoted, fine we moved past that, she honored the pricing. We get to the next incident they scheduled an appt with a diff dentist without relaying that until the day of the appt, we weren't comfortable w the other dentist so we left. I came into this establishment not knowing exactly what to expect as it is a new office and I was referred via Denti-Cal. Let me tell you no sacrifice in care was made on my behalf! I do not recall all of the associates I dealt with on my way up to Doctor S, but they gave me the utmost of care and attention and answered all of my questions. A cavity was discovered in one of my lower molars to my dismay, and it was in a very tough spot on the side of my tooth (between the two molars). Doc.
