Showed up this morning with a laundry bin full of photos and personal items from a co-workers office to ship. During the busiest time of year I was greeted with a smile, showed options, assisted patiently, and the items were treated and packed with care. I recently needed to send a large Ming Chinese pottery horse to my sister in California. It was purchased by my parents when they lived in Singapore. I took the item to Ship Print eSell and was extremely pleased with how helpful the new owner was. My fragile family heirloom arrived at my sister's home perfectly packed, and on time through UPS. I would definitely use them again for any packing and/or mail services.

Erin and Craig help me all the time. As a Stroke Survivor there patience as I try to explain what I need is wanted but not many people "slow their minds down" so they can hear me...and not be in a rush. So going there is wonderful and we glad to support them in this business of servicing everyone...because we all have a "disablity" and are all a Survivor of something. Mine people just "can see and hear". They encouraged me always to "try" and just do our best.

Erin, the owner, is absolutely great. She took such care (and time!) in personally helping me make sure my valuable business package could make it through Canadian customs and to its final destination on time and for the best price. I really couldn't have done it without her help. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my business had the support it needed. This shop was well run until the new owner took over. I have had problems with shipping everytime I have used the service. From being given wrong information to serious service issues. I will never set foot in the place again. High Fees and bad service.
Skip the high fees and problems - go to Fed-X on Kenny Road or to The UPS Store on Bethel Road - they will do it cheaper, better and with no problems.

I don't know what I did without this place. As a regular ebay seller and a online shopping monster this place has been invaluable to me. No more trips to the upper Arlington post office! They are very nice, very customer service driven (they do it all for you) the only bad thing is I feel guilty for not spending much money with them. I went in the other day to mail a package and realized I had no cash with me. The clerk was very gracious about me using my debit card for a purchase under $5. I really appreciated it. He also said he would take care of sealing the package for me. I would recommend this place and I will return for other shipping needs.

Customers here are treated with friendly service, professionalism, courtesy and quickness. Mark and John remember their customers names, treat them kindly and take care of their items and transactions with great care. I have personally requested a number of extra attention projects on numerous occasions, and never once with a complaint or the slightest hesitation to help. My shipping, packaging and e-selling requests are always handled with expertise, affordability and ease. Took a package in to be shipped via Fed Ex to a friend on his business account. Guy manning counter impatiently tells me they only offer express shipping. Well no kidding--that is why I had the Fed Ex #. Had everything in a bix; however, I did not seal it because I thought it may have to be repacked in an express box. He assurred me it did not and took the box open. I felt unsure about leaving an unsealed box there so asked if I should seal it. He asks sarcastically, "Do you have tape?" Profoundly rude. Awful experience. Went in to buy boxes to mail items in. After I bought the boxes, I started to pack them and the clerk said I was not allowed to wrap in the store. Only they can wrap in the store. It did not matter that I was going to send it from the post office.
They do not offer parcel post rates. It is very expensive to ship anything there.
