Betsy is one of the hardest working agents I've ever encountered, she's exceptional in her industry and I simply cannot say enough!! She has such a talent for staging, photographers, and accurate pricing. Her listings sell themselves because of her hard work, responsiveness, integrity, work ethic and perseverance.
She has a heart of gold and anyone who knows her would agree 100%! She listens to her client's needs and always puts them first, even when she's on vacation with her family - she still manages to sneak in chatting with her clients to help them feel more comfortable through the process

Betsy was an amazing agent for our family at a really tough time. Betsy was prompt, reliable, compassionate, friendly and had all the resources we needed. She coordinated an estate sale and helped with cleaning up the entire property.
Of the four agents I contacted in the Grass Valley area, she was the first to call me back and provide pricing feedback. Not only that, but it was Betsy we worked with directly on everything, not just for the first meeting and then a hand off, but actually her. This was very important to us.
We took her advice on the listing price and it worked!
