For over 43 years, The Ryan-Whyte Real Estate Team has helped families and individuals buy and sell homes in the Southeast Valley. Bill, Mr. Chandler, founded the company, but his ideals run through the entire organization.
Cory Whyte is originally from San Diego with a background that includes being a licensed contractor as well as a business owner. He has successfully parlayed his skills from these industries into an outstanding career in the Arizona real estate market since 2005. Cory is a proud member of Chandler Horizon Rotary, and strives to uphold the Rotary slogan "Service Above Self".
Jared is a Chandler native and has been working in partnership with his dad Bill since 2005, when he was renovating homes. In 2017 Jared transitioned to the sales side of real estate, helping clients buy and sell homes. His combined construction knowledge, remodel experience, hyper-local knowledge of the area and growing up with his dad 40+ year career in real estate contribute to his success.
Lisa Ryan Whyte is a Chandler native who loves everything Arizona has to offer. She graduated from ASU in 2001 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism/Marketing and had a successful career in advertising with Phoenix Home & Garden and conference/event planning in San Diego.
Lisa has been licensed as a REALTOR since 2004 and recently went back to school to obtain a degree in Interior Design to bring additional skills and resources to the family business.Lisa loves working with buyers, staging homes to sell and helping clients fix up their homes after they buy, or before they sell.

I have brief involvement with them yesterday and today.
They treat their rental customers HORRIBLE.
They a have complete disregard for the leaseholders and their dog's.
Apparently the older woman whom works for them has issues with dog's !
I would never recommend them to Anyone, EVER !
If you see their sign ,run the other direction. Curt and rude !

Renter beware, they wanted us to sign lease with obvious falsified info and withdrew lease offer when we asked why. Run from them, they are shady. My guess is they will blame you for everything. We are sending the paperwork to local associations and housing departments for review.
I am thankful we read the paperwork and asked why the lease said no cracks in walls found, yet a giant crack in living room and we asked them if it would be fix they said no. Other numerous lies and contradictions we were told and changed.
So happy not to be dealing with them.

My husband and I worked with Cory Whyte to sell our old house and buy a new one. He always answered any communication immediately, found us an amazing house, and sold our old house in about 3 days (with 12 offers!). We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better situation. We will definitely use Cory in the future, and would recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor!

I have had some bad experiences with property management companies in the past. I almost always rent directly from an owner but I wasn’t able to find a house in time and was forced to use a property management company for the first time in 5+ years. I have to say that my experiance with Ryan Rentals has been absolutely game changing for me. They are amazing. They are super friendly, patient, responsive, extremely easy to work with and they go out of their way to make sure that anything needing doing gets done.
