I would put more stars for Ken if this option would be available. He helped us with our real estate transactions many times in a last 10 years and we always were very happy with his help. Everything is done on-time, super professional and also on-budget. On one occasion Ken helped us to exercise the title insurance to clear the issue with some old-time records on our property and he was following up until issue was resolved, THANK YOU very much!

As I was new to the process, I had many questions, but he always helped set aside the time to answer all of them. I was the seller for a property and the buyer used him as their closing attorney and for the first time in all home sales he did not release the proceeds of the sale and had no desire or motivation to seal the deal quickly. I heard him tell the sellers he may go to the Registry of Deeds today or tomorrow and would let them know when she owns the house. This should be a priority! Ken came highly recommended and represented our interests as the closing attorney on a rental property. This was not a first time I have used a real estate attorney and there was a stark difference - Ken was there to ensure a smooth transaction and protect our interests in the best possible way - not to just glance over the docs, try to make quick money by selling some other services/referrals, and show up for the closing, which is unfortunately not uncommon with other attorneys. I was using Ken services twice. Once to resolve a dispute with an insurance company and second time to complete a real estate transaction. Ken is extremely thorough, detail oriented and professional.
