Roger has to be the BEST person I have worked with. I am very pleased with Roger’s professionalism. From the start he wanted what we wanted, he had quick responses to all our new home buyer questions. He was literally hands on Fixing things at our new home, making sure we got our house in time. Our home wouldn’t of been ready without your handiwork.

Roger has been working with my wife and I for the past few years as our home search started/stopped multiple times as circumstances had changed with our apartment lease and job changes, etc. He was always available to show us properties in the central FL area and more than happy to do so! He remained patient with us as our search started/stopped a few times, and we greatly appreciated his understanding as circumstances changed.

Roger helped us determine the correct price of the house we wanted to sell (higher than we thought). He presented evidence that proved right regarding the pricing of the house and the benefits and negatives of open houses. We definitely felt informed, and educated by Roger, every decision was made with his expert advice.

Could not have had a better realtor. We decided in March to move to Florida in June from New Jersey. I contacted Roger (random pick off a website) and he could not have been more helpful. Roger Helped my Wife and I more than we excepted when something needed to be handled Roger was able to get it taken care of right away. Roger worked with us for four months while we tried to find our "perfect Florida" home. He persevered as we visited several different zip codes in the Orlando area and kept us up to date on new listings. Roger listened as we previewed many homes and helped us to discover what we were really looking for. At negotiations he put our interest first and worked out a great deal.

Roger is very knowledgeable and proffesional. When he took us to houses, he was honest and helped us in getting to know the pros and cons of each home. There was no pressure.
