RPI Company was originally formed more than 3 decades ago as a subsidiary of National Properties, Incorporated (NPI), a privately held real estate corporation that was purchasing and managing existing garden apartment communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The company provided property maintenance and construction services almost exclusively for NPI through three operating divisions.
As NPI continued its growth in the 80's and 90's and expanded into the development and construction of their own communities, RPI followed the lead by expanding their capabilities with the acquisition of new equipment and talented personnel.
