Royal Business Solutions is great ! They helped me file my old business taxes and got me caught up on my personal taxes as well . They did it all with minimal visits to the office, which right now we all can appreciate... The staff was excellent and I would recommend them if you’re looking for professionals to handle your taxes .

Not the place to go for tax help or accounting. They will promise you many great things and do not follow through. I was charged over $250 for a simple tax return last year that I had done for free this year through H&R. On top of that I received not one, but 2 letters from the IRS stating my taxes were incorrect. They then charged me over $300 to fix the mistake that they created! They also do not return phone calls! Stay AWAY from Royal Bookkeeping!

I had previously written a poor review due to an incident I had with a representative at this location. After receiving a call from Moe (the owner) and working out a resolution, I can not sing praises high enough for this place. He was so apologetic, understanding, professional and quick to resolve the mistake. Customer service like this doesn't happen very often anymore so it was refreshing to see it still exists. Top notch company that I will be using again as a direct result of Moe's call.

These guys did a great job with my small business taxes! I usually do them myself via Turbo Tax, but after being charged an arm and a leg, I decided I'd rather pay someone to do the work for me. Moe was very knowledgeable, super fast and friendly, AND the price was just right. You cannot beat this great customer service! I'll be returning next year!
