We worked with Kayla Cunard at a distance - we were searching for our dream vacation home in the desert while living mainly in Colorado. She is the only reason we succeeded in securing it. Kayla is ever present, patient, willing to go above and beyond and always honest. The path leading to our new place was convoluted and sometime maddening, but she still managed to remain calm and focused (even when we weren't) in working toward the goal. We had a wonderful experience buying our condo a few years ago. Ed B. from Sherri's team patiently answered our questions for several months until we were able to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. In just one day we were able to buy the condo of our dreams and at a price better than we expected. But what impressed us most was that after the sale Ed went the extra mile. The previous owner had an accident which damaged the condo garage while in escrow. Ed helped arrange the repairs, kept us informed and sent us photos.
